Analisis Profesionalisme Guru PAI Pasca Pelaksanaan Pengawasan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gugus Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Banyuasin

The purpose of this study was to analyze the professionalism Islamic education teachers after implementation supervision at Gugus Public Elementary School, Talang Kelapa Banyuasin District. A total 5 and school principals became research respondents using observation, interview documentation methods. Obtained results on PAI Teacher Professionalism Before Supervision SDN Negeri Kec. in five schools (SDN 35, 2, 10, 23 24 Kelapa) sufficient before being supervised, it's just that teacher's responsibility still needs related teacher competence discipline.
